About Sandeep

 

Sandeep is a Bay Area Executive and Leadership Coach who works with individuals as well as organizations across the globe. Sandeep helps executives unleash their potential and supports individuals who are looking to move into leadership roles or who are feeling “stuck.” He brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, including his roles as Vice President and Head of Gourmet Chocolates at Mars, Head of International Outlets at Gap, and leadership roles at The Body Shop, to his clients.

 

He has been involved in startups and early-stage companies in the Silicon Valley. Sandeep is the Founder and Head Coach at Pebble and Ripple, Executive and Leadership Coaches.

Sandeep holds an MBA from Georgetown University and has trained in coaching modalities with CTI (The Coaches Training Institute). He has also gone through leadership at the peak program with the Center for Creative Leadership.
